- The Children’s Museum – Coralville – February 17th, 2025
- The National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium – Dubuque – February 19th, 2025
- Sanford Museum – Cherokee – February 20th, 2025

Format
- Judging interviews
- All students will have interviews at their display board.
- Students will be assigned to a pod for judging, ~1 hour.
- When students are not being judged, they are able to participate in other activities (make and take, exploring the museum and more)

Frequently Asked Questions
How should youth dress for the event? There is no specific dress code. We do not expect youth to be in dress and suites. Casual is perfectly fine!
Will lunch be provided? No, please bring a sack lunch!
How many youth can work on a project together? Youth can work on their projects independently, or in teams of two or three youth.
Do youth have to come with a school? No youth can come independently from a school or with a school. There is no requirement.
Who can register a youth for the fair? Youth can register by having a supporting adult do it. Either a teacher or a parent. If they are coming with a school, I would recommend letting the teacher register.
